BJH was tasked with transforming this entire estate & its old, faulty windows & replace them with 150 white uPVC Windows and Doors from Profile22
The Product
All 150 windows used were the Profile 22 Optima uPVC Windows, these windows offer exceptional durability & impressively low U-Values of 1.3 W/M ²K with double glazing. Each window had trickle ventilation conforming to government regulations.
For enhanced thermal performance, the Profile22 Optima range is also available with triple glazing, and Comfort Plus glass for even lower U-Values.

Safety
BJH Windows applies strict safety procedures on every installation. All works begin with detailed risk assessments and method statements, with our fitting teams wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
For elevated installations, our operatives use certified safety harnesses, inertia reels, weighted anchor points or door bars to eliminate fall hazards. Any work areas below are cordoned off with high-visibility safety barriers to protect the public and property. Much of the safety equipment was sourced from Leach’s.

My landlord arranged for all the windows to be replaced for my flat and I wanted to say the crew were lovely. They listened and worked with me to keep all of my pets safe, and were flexible with how they carried out the work to ensure that time spent in a cold windowless room was minimised for my more delicate animals. This is the third time I have used BJH for our office and residential portfolio and they have been excellent each time. The installers are really helpful, considerate, clean and tidy. Their work is of a very high standard and our offices required a non-standard colour and technically challenging install. It has been really easy from start to finish getting our new windows. Oscar came over punctually and was really easy going and knowledgable answering any questions we had.
Oscar was really responsive and flexible when it came to arranging installation to work around us. The windows came and were installed in a day and the guys that did it worked hard, were tidy and cleaned up after themselves too! Having new windows has made such a difference already to the house staying warm. I would really recommend them if you’re looking at upgrading your home. We had our bathroom, bedroom and spare bedroom windows changed

We had all of our windows and doors replaced. From the initial quotation to the fitting was a great experience, with all of our options clearly explained. Delivery was exactly as promised, and the fitting was completed to a very high standard, and they look great! The house is noticeably quieter and less drafts. Would highly recommend BJH!

Just finished having French doors and a window fitted and I would definitely use them again and happily recommend BJH. The whole process was about as simple as it can be from survey through to fitting. We visited showroom to get a feel for the product, you don't have to do this but it is a nice option to have. Very happy with the advice given by Alan once we explained what we wanted and why we were replacing old patio doors. Survey was done, our quote arrived which we accepted. On fitting day, three guys turned up to fit everything, they were on time, they worked non-stop and haven't left any mess anywhere. Couldn't have gone any better! Very pleased, many thanks to all the team.

Old houses always need work and finding the right company is not always easy. BJH fitted several replacement windows and extensive cladding. The materials were high quality, the installation staff were very professional. This may be due to the fact that they are company staff not sub contractors! Senior staff visited several times to check progress. If you need a good product and old fashioned service I recommend BJH with out reservation, I will use them again. PS the quotation was fast and helpful!

Execution & Challenges
This installation required precise planning to work around ongoing household activity. Like our project at Springbok Estate, we used a detailed Gantt chart and pre-agreed daily schedule, giving the client clear visibility of when each area would be worked on. This made it easy for them to arrange furniture moves, cleaning, and personal schedules without stress.
Our team worked methodically, ensuring each room was completed before moving to the next. Thanks to our fully trained in house installers’ skill and efficiency, the full project was completed on time and to specification, leaving the properties warmer, more secure, and with windows that will perform beautifully for years to come.
