The Project
BJH was tasked with transforming this entire estate & its old, faulty windows & replace them with over 200 white uPVC Windows from Profile22. This involved removing the existing, supplying, and installing the new windows.
The Product
All 200+ windows used were the Profile 22 Optima uPVC Windows, these windows offer exceptional durability & impressively low U-Values of 1.3 W/M ²K with double glazing. Each window had trickle ventilation conforming to government regulations.
For enhanced thermal performance, the Profile22 Optima range is also available with triple glazing, and Comfort Plus glass for even lower U-Values.

Execution & Challenges
This installation required precise planning to work around ongoing household activity. By using a detailed Gantt chart and pre-agreed daily schedule, we were able to give the client clear visibility of when each area would be worked on. This made it easy for them to arrange furniture moves, cleaning, and personal schedules without stress.
Our team worked methodically, ensuring each room was completed before moving to the next. Thanks to our fully trained in house installers’ skill and efficiency, the full project was completed on time and to specification, leaving the properties warmer, more secure, and with windows that will perform beautifully for years to come.

Just finished having French doors and a window fitted and I would definitely use them again and happily recommend BJH. The whole process was about as simple as it can be from survey through to fitting. We visited showroom to get a feel for the product, you don't have to do this but it is a nice option to have. Very happy with the advice given by Alan once we explained what we wanted and why we were replacing old patio doors. Survey was done, our quote arrived which we accepted. On fitting day, three guys turned up to fit everything, they were on time, they worked non-stop and haven't left any mess anywhere. Couldn't have gone any better! Very pleased, many thanks to all the team.
Old houses always need work and finding the right company is not always easy. BJH fitted several replacement windows and extensive cladding. The materials were high quality, the installation staff were very professional. This may be due to the fact that they are company staff not sub contractors! Senior staff visited several times to check progress. If you need a good product and old fashioned service I recommend BJH with out reservation, I will use them again. PS the quotation was fast and helpful!

Safety
BJH Windows applies strict safety procedures on every installation. All works begin with detailed risk assessments and method statements, with our fitting teams wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
For elevated installations, our operatives use certified safety harnesses, inertia reels, and weighted anchor points to eliminate fall hazards. Any work areas below are cordoned off with high-visibility safety barriers to protect the public and property. Much of the safety equipment was sourced from Leach’s.
On this project, the client required all installers to wear high-visibility safety jackets at all times with no exceptions. They also requested that no foul language be used on site, and that any smoking was restricted to a designated smoking area away from the property.
