Planning Advice

Planning for your Project…..

The following is the basic process involved in planning your project;

  1. Site visit to determine the design & requirements
  2. We provide drawings for planning permission if necessary
  3. We can also deal with any Building Regulation requirements
  4. Provide detailed quotation including, if required, ground and brickwork, product supply & installation; electrical and associated work

We can project manage your conservatory or project from start to finish.

A recent example - BJH have just completed is this magnificent Edwardian Property in Southsea.
The front elevation of this Edwardian property in Southsea was protected by a strict conservation order meaning it needed full planning permission for window replacement.

The client wanted to use modern A energy rated double glazed pvc-u, but the challenge was to accurately recreate the design in order to satisfy the planners.

BJH secured the necessary planning permission on behalf of the client, then created these fantastic copies of the original wooden windows.

This project also demonstrates BJH's ability to recreate traditional styles with modern materials.
